THAT the Renewal Lease between the City and the Kinsmen Club of Port
Coquitlam referring to Lot 91, Plan 52852, be and the same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said Renewal Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the City's Corporate
Seal thereto.

Agreement. for Citadel Heights Phase 10.

At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with imasco Enterprises
Ltd. dated the 5th day of June, 1989, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and
services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed
by the said Imasco Enterprises Ltd. in connection with the development of the
lands described as:

That portion of Lot 9, Pian 68514, D.L.'s 232, 340, 341, and 344
Grp 1, NWD, shown on a survey plan signed by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S.
and dated May 25th, 1989.

are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and
that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall
constitute “excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the
Municipal Act.

AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
