A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act
Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the

Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, August 10, 1987 at
7:30 poem.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, A‘dermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Engineer
FE. Peters, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, Director of Community Planning

WeA. Brown, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and Secretary S.
Rauh,

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw
would now be considered:

BL/01/87/08/ 10/01
Bylaw No. 2292:

To rezone Lot 2, Block Y, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 22343,

New Westminster District, from RS=-3 (Estate Residential) to'M-3 (Clean
Industrial). :

The property is located at 1870 McLean Avenue and the rezoning would
permit a development of a multi-bay industria! building on the property.

Letters. were received from:

Mrs. Tirath Bajwa, 1840 McLean Avenue, Port Coquititam.
