That City Counci! direct the Clerk's office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lat 51, SW Quarter of Section 7, Twp 40, NWLD Plan
. 38377 from RS-3, Estate Residential to RS-i, Large Lot
: Residential and RS=-2, Small Lot Residential.

COMMENTS: .

This application is to create a residential subdivision. Lots
in the proposed subdivision are all 500 square metres in size :
up to 824 square metres for a cul-de-sac lot. .

Zoning designations being requested are RS=-1 and RS-2, The 4
a reason for inctuding the RS=-2 designation is to provide for
ne | some tots having a narrow frontage on cul-de-sacs.
