WHEREAS the lands hereinafter deseribed are net required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. . The easterly 0.7685 ha (1.899 acres) of Lot 6, District Lot 232, Group
One, Plan 68514, New Westminster District, be sold to Sunset Holdings
Ltd., 304 - 6th Street, New Westminster, B.C. V3L 3A65 If terms
satisfactory to Council can be agreed upon and no preferable
alternative proposal is received from any other person;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post
tha "Notice of Intention to Sell Real Property" Notice appearing In the
Agenda documents of this Counci! meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is
apprepriate.
