The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Tuesday, August 3rd,
1982 at 7:30.p.m. ta consider the Following proposed bylaw to amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

Bylaw No. 1916: to rezone Lot 10 of Lot "A", Block 2, District

Lot 479, Group One, Plan 20211, New Westminster District, from RS=l

to RT-1.

This property is located at 1783/85 Dorset Avenue and the rezoning is

being undertaken to bring an existing non-conforming duplex into

compliance with zoning requlations.

A copy of. the proposed bylaw and cther relevant documents may be

inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the

address given above, between the hours of 8:30 asm. to 12:00 noon and from

1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, July 22nc, 1982 to August 3rd,

1982.

All persons who deem their interest in Property affected by the
proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
