Re: Council Meeting Schedule

The Inaugural Council Meeting will be held next Monday
December 8th and regular Council Meetings will normally follow there-
after on Monday December 5th, 22nd, and 29th,

In view of the holiday season we would inquire whether
Council would wish to hold a meeting on Monday December 29th as we
would expect very little business would be available for consideration
by Council on that date. ‘

With respect to the meeting schedule in the New Year, we
would expect that Council would decide early in January regarding the
schedule of Council and Budget Meetings.
