Discussion ensued and Alderman Traboulay advised of the size of the trucks in the area and read the City Planner's memorandum concerning commercial vehicles in the Agricultural Land Reserve. Mr. Gary Baranuik, 913 Dominion Avenue, stated in his opinion the large trucks travelling along the road caused damage to the road. Mr. R. Crawford, 2650 Burns Road, stated his trucks were doing the dyking work and did not use Burns Road. | Mr. F. Rayner, Jr., 807 Dominion Avenue, spoke regarding his parking of ‘trucks in the agricultural area. Mr. and Mrs. E. Gallinger, 860 Dominion Avenue, stated in their ovinion Mr. Crawford's trucks travelling empty along the road caused the damage to the road. Mr. R. Butler, 843 Dominion Avenue, stated his house is settling as a result of the vibration from the large vehicles travelling along the road. Alderman Laking suggested that the City receive a legal interpretation of the Zoning By-law regarding the parking of large commercial vehicles in the Agricultural Land Reserve and that the Agricultural Land Commission be contacted regarding the uses permitted in the Agricultural Land Reserve. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That the City of Port Coquitlam obtain an interpretation of the Zoning By-law regarding the parking of large commercial vehicles in the ' Agricultural Land Reserve area; Thatthe City of Port Coquitlam contact the Agricultural Land Commission regarding the uses permitted in the Agricultural Land Reserve; AND THAT when the information is received a meeting be arranged with the people involved.
