°(2) Judy DEIN, charged by Harry Deighcann of 3531 Devon Rd., Port Coouitlam, 3. C., under
a By-Law # 1020, Sec.27, for allowing her steer to run at large on the complainants
property. She appeared for trial on September 12th, 1972 infront of Judge Giles, she
was found guilty and fined $100.60 or in default 20 days. The accused chose the

20 days; however, after she had been placed in custody a friend paid the fine and Mrs.
DREIN was released. After she had been released DREIN told her friend that she wanted
the cheque stopped and that she wanted to serve the 20 days which she is doing at this

tine.
