Borch, P. Eng. Respectfully submitte ITEM I Re: STOP Signs ; The Committee recommends that the Traffic By-law be ammended to authorize the installation of STOP signs at the following locations: a) Cn Regina Street at the north side of Prairie Avenue b) On Toronto Street at the south side of Prairie Avenue c) On Chester Place at the east side of Chester Street. ITEM IJ Re: Intermunicipal Streets At the intermunicipal meeting held January 2lst, 1976 between the District of Coquitlam and the City, some discussion took place con- cerning various intermunicip:1 streets. As a result of the above meeting further discussions have been carried out between the Engineers and Works Superintendents of both municipalities. Coquitlam's Municipal Engineer has drafted a proposed Policy for Division of Responsibility dated February 23rd, 1976. The Committee recommends that the proposed Policy be approved by Council. A similar recommendation from Coquitlam's Public Works Committee is being forwarded to the Coquitlam Council for approval. It is anticipated that once a Policy is established, further discussions between the two Committees will be held to examine specific projects.
