PUBLIC MEETING CURFEW ‘Port Coquitlam City Council is presently discussing the possibility of imposing a curfew hour on. children in the City. If such a curfew is imposed it would mean that after the hour set all children would be required to be in their homes or off the streets, except under proper guardianship.
