Front Yard

‘A £ront yard shall: be provided cf not less than 20

feet in depth, except where a Jot is separated fron

a lot in an RS=1, RS-2, RM-1, RM-2, RM-3, or RM=4

Zone by a-street, such front yard shall be not less

than 30 feet in depth.

‘Side Yards

‘A side yard shali-be provided of lot less than 10

feet in width, except’ that:

RS-2, RM~1, RM~2, RM-3, or RM~4 Zone may be reduced
to nil, provided that the other side yard has a width
of not less than 20 feet. .

in width.
where a lot abuts a lot in an RS-1, RS~2, RM-], 2M=2,
RM~3, or RM~4 Zone, or is separated by a street or

less than 20 feet in width.

‘-(e) Rear Yard
‘A rear yard shall’ be Provided vf not less than 10 feet
in depth,. except where a lot abuts a lot in an RS-1,

RS-2, RM~1, RM-2, RM=3, or RM-4 zone, or is separated

by a lane therefrom, such rear yard shall be not lesa

than 30 feet 4n depth.

Off-Street Parking .

Parking shall be provided and maintained in accordence

with Section 304 of this By-law.

Off-Street Loading

Provisions shall be made on the site for loading and
unloading operationsin accordance with Section 305

of this By-law,
