DRAFT RESOLUTIONS

MAR - 5 1973

1. That the following property:

Firstly - Parcels "A" and "B" (By-law Plan 43013) of District Lot 232, Group
One, Plan 2111, New Westminster District,

Secondly- Those portions of Lot 14, Block 30, and Lot 1 and Let 11, Block 39,
of District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 2111, shown within the boundaries
of Lots 491, 492, and 493 of a Subdivision Plan of a portion of
District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District prepared by
Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and svorn correct by him on the Twentieth
day of December, 1972.

be sold to James William Charles Pennington and Grace Marie Pennington, 1515

Pitt River Road, Port Coquitlam, B. C. for the sum of $100.00;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorizelto execute the necessary

documents for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City

thereto.

2. That Parcel "V" (By-law Plan 42755) of District Lot 255, Group One, Plan
2504, New Westminster District be sold to M. & R. Industries Ltd. for the sum of
$1.00;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary
decuments for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City

thereto.
