City Administrator Advised this must be done in order to meet the requirenents

of the Liquor Act. The City Clerk suggested that perhaps it would be better

to use the word “ant instead. of Saying “the” official recognized yearly cel~

ebration. _ His Worship the Mayor Tequested that | a specific resolution be made
