In accordance with the Ministry of Transportation and Highways
Act, Section 49(1}, sealed tenders are invited for the following:

Location: Various locationS in the Terrace region.

Description: Temporary one-way Bridge Signals in Terrace,
Smithers, Kitwanga and Bums Lake area Northwest Region.

“Awarding of this contract is contingent upon the Provincial
Legisiature authorizing sufficient funding”.

Sealed tenders, completed in accordance with the Conditions of
Tander on the forms provided, will ba received by the Ministry of
Transportation and Highways at 940 Blanshard Street, Victoria,
B.C. V8W 3E6, tax 387-0091 (for fax revisions), until 2:00 p.m.
(local time) on March 31st, 1992, when tenders will be opened in
public.

A security deposit/surety bid bond will be required (in accordance
with the conditions of tender.)

A pre-tender meeting: no meeting scheduled at this time.

Tender documents complete with envelope, plans, specifications
and conditions of tender are available FREE OF CHARGE from the
Ministry of Transportation and Highways 5C-940 Blanshard Street,
Victoria, B.C. V8W 3E6 Phone: 387-1411. Documents may be
viewed and/or ordered from all Regional Offices between the hours
of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to
Friday, excapt holidays.

Where required, payment for contract documentation shall be
made by certified cheque or money order, made payable to the
Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations. Ail purchases are
non-refundable.

In Loving Memory

A memorial service will be held for Shirley Ryan on Saturday,
March 21 at 3 p.m. at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Reverend
Lance Stephens officiating. Shirley passed away on March 10 at

St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. After the service, friends are
