DISCUSSION:

City Council approved the requeat to re~submit thie rezoning application

The proposed two lot subdivision generally conforms to the Zoning Bylaw
requirements for the RS~2 zone.

Approval of this Rezoning Application will permit the conatruction of two
new single family residences, the project follows the Official Comounity Plan
for infil1 Neighbourhood Residential. It da recommended that this application
be approved subject to the conditions noted above.
