A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation for the
calendar year 1994 of certain real property held by the
Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam for recreational purposes.

Whereas the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam lease certain property owned by the Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam and use that property for recreational purposes;
And whereas it is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for the calendar year 1994;

Now therefore the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Kinsmen Community Building Leased
Property Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1993, No. 2810".

That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated thereon, known as
“That part of Lot 91, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 52852, New Westminster District
shown on Explanatory Plan 65840", is hereby declared to be exempt from taxation for the
calendar year 1993 to the extent provided in Section 400 of the Municipal Act.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of July, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of July, 1993.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of July, 1993.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at least two-thirds of all

the members of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this
day of ,199.
