BYLAW NO. 2802 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That 2200 m* vortion of Lat 3 Section 6 Block 6, North Range 1 East Plan 20175 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That 2200 m* portion of Lot 3 Section 6 Block 6, North Range 1 East Plan 20175 New Westminster District as shown on Schedule 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2802". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of June, 1993.
