BYLAW NO. 2782

A Bylaw to adopt the Annual Budget for The Corporation
of the City ef Port Coquitlam for the current year, 1993.

WHEREAS Section 264 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of
British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Annual Budget shail by Bylaw be adopted on or before
the 15th day of May in each year;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1993 is appended hereto as Schedule "A"
to this Bylaw;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Ll. Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the Annual Budget of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam for the year 1993.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Annual Budget Bylaw, 1993, No. 2782”.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of May, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of May, 1993.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 10th day of May, 1993.
