From the Acting City Engineer, December 3rd, 1992 regarding Art Knapp Christmas Tree
Recycling Program City Contribution.

Seconded by Councillor Gordon:
That Council allocate $400.00 to support the 1993 Christmas Tree Chipping Program at Art
Knapp Plantland in Port Coquitlam.

That Council allocate $400.00 from the 1992 Environmental Protection Budget for this
purpose.

Request for Funding.

That a $600.00 contribution be made to Pitch-In British Columbia for the May 3 - 9, 1993
Pitch-In Week campaign.

That the funds for this contribution be allocated from the 1992 Environmental Protection
Budget.

Proposed Subdivision, 1202 Cedar Drive Rafiki Estates Ltd. and Ralli Estates Ltd.

That Council approve the following agreements for the proposed subdivision at 1202 Cedar
Drive by Rafiki Estates Ltd. and Raili Estates Ltd. and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to

execute the agreements on behalf of the City:

a) Section 215 Restrictive Covenant whereby the covenantor agrees that it shall not build,
place, erect or permit the building of any structure on the land and shall not make
application for a building permit and no building permit shall be issued until all on-site and
off-site services necessary for the development of the lands have been completed to the

satisfaction of the City.

Modified City Developer’s Agreement (five year term).

Standard City Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreements; and
