Rat Bylaw considered at Public Hearing Farlier This Eveniagé

The following Bylaw, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening, Is available for third reading:

Zoniug Amendment: Bylaw No. 2645

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this
bylaw for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The
Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading inmedlately or
delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the
hearing can be fully considered.

In order to preserve the judiclal nature of the procedure it is not
possible for further representations from the public to be received now that
the Public Hearing, has been adjourned.
