BYLAW NO. 2689 A Bylaw to stop up and cloae to traffic a portion JUN 1 1982 of road shown dedicated on Plan 2261, New Westminster JUN 15 1992 District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of tha "Municipal Act”, being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam deeme it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic: NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City ef Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All that portion of road shown dedicated on Pian 2261, New Westminater District having an area of 23.3 m¢, described ag Parcel 'A', and included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by D.J. Dyek, British Columbia Land Surveyor, on the 23rd day of April, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffie.
