THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2367

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which are more particularly described as:

Lot 1, Plan 71092
Lots 89 and 90, Plaw 16702

Lots 91 and 92, Plan 19019
The portions of lane shown hatched on the Plan attached to

and made part of the “Wilson Avenue Lane Road Exchange

Bylaw, 1988, No. 2357”
all in District Lot 289, Group One, New Westminster District.

ig hereby rezoned from RM-2 (Low Deasity Apartment) and P-i (Public
Institutional) to P-2 (Private Institutional) and the Zoning Map of
the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 9240" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port ‘Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2367".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of May, 1988.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of May, 1988.

Public Hearing held this 27th day of June, 1988.
