BYLAW NO. 2354

A Bylaw to repeal the "City of Port Coquitlam
Soil Removal Regulation and Permit Bylaw, 1973, No. 1236".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The “City of Port Coquitlam Soil Removal Regulation and Permit Bylaw,
1973, No. 1236" is repealed.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes 4s the "City of Port

Coquitlam Soil Removal Regulation and Permit Bylaw, 1973, No. 1236,
Repeal Bylaw, 1988, No. 2354".
