RE: Parking Agreement

RECOMMENDATION:

That City Counci! authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse an

agreement to provide off site parking for Lot C, Block 1, D.L.
379, Grp. 1, NWLD Pian 16549,

COMMENTS:

This agreement is the standard downtown of ¢ site parking

agreement. Purpose of the agreement is ta provide parking at
strategic locations at the perimeter of downtown. The
importance of this is that it permits buildings to have greater
$ite coverage, which is an Important element of downtown Image.
