NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that in order to better establish the fegal
boundaries of a section of the dyke along the Pitt River just south and
east of the intersection of Harbour Street and Broadway Street the City
of Port Coquitlam is considering approval of a Subdivision Plan of
Portions of District Lots 231 and 232, Group One, and Section 19, Block
6 North Range 1One East, New Westminster District and that the approval
of this Subdivision Plan will result In-the transfer to Canadian Forest
Products Limited from the Corporaticen of The City of Port Coquittam of
approximately 0.5030 hectare of property in return for 0.5002 hectares
of property being transferred to the ownership of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitiam from Canadian Forest Products Limited.

Additionally, an agreement to provide a right-of-way to Canadian Forest
Products Limited over property in that area owned by the City will be

considered for appreval.

Full information on the proposal Is avallable from the office of the
City Clerk during normal business hours.

Any person wishing to make any proposal in this regard should enclose
such proposal in a seated envelope plainly marked on the outside
"Proposal for Dyke Lands" and addressed to R.A. Freeman, City Clerk,
City of Port Coquitlam, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BiC.
and be in his hands by 12:00 ofclock noon Thursday, May ave 1984
(the "Closing Date"). Any proposal received after this closing date
will be returned unopened as will all Proposals inadvertently opened
before the closing date as a result of not being adequately marked on
the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

it is expected that the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitiam will deal with this matter at the next regular
meeting held after the closing date specified above.

Any proposal made will not necessarily be accepted,

The lowest price that will be accepted for the City's property is
$1.00.
