The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Mall,

2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B/C. on Monday, March 9th, 1981 at

7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651":

By-law No. 1815: to rezone Lot 90, District Lot 464, Group One,

Plan 34130, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RS-1A.

This property is located at 2145 Grant Avenue and following

completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the

existing house will be removed and that the property will be
subdivided into two single family residential lots,

A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents,
inspect ed in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the
address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~ on working
days ~- from February 26th, 1981 to March 9th, 1981,

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed By-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
