LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot A, Block 26, District Lot 255, Plan 17988, and Lot 1 of District Lots 231, 232, 255, 288 and 384, Group 1, Plan 11613. BACKGROUND: The two subject properties are presentiy vacant. 1790 Cameron is zoned Rs-2 while 1733 Broadway is zoned w-l, Both properties are within the bounderies of the Planned industrial area, The proposal is a subdivision with the provision of a road off Broadway to connect to Brown for traffic circulation. Lots adjacent to Cameron and Brown are to he zoned M-3 and the remaining ones are to be zoned M-l, RECOMMENDATION: The Committes recomuends that the application be advanced to Public Hearing, L.
