SUBJECT: Application to rezone property at 3501
Inverness Street from RS~-1 to RT-1 for
the construction of a duplex.

DESCRIPTION: Lot 712, NE 1/4, Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 56353. ;

BACKGROUND: The subject property is within the Wayne
Knechtel subdivision on Cedar Drive, the
rezoning for which was approved by Council
in December 1978.

The property meets all the basic criteria
under the Zoning By-law as a duplex lot.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Committee recommends that the rezoning
application be advanced to Public Hearing.
