You will recall that the residence stiuate upon
this property encroaches approximately five feet into the
adjoining street known as Central Avenue in the Municipality
of Port Coquitlam.

Please be advised that Denny's Investments Limited
wishes to make rmal application for approval from the
Municipal Council for Port Coquitlam of a transfer of app-
roximately a ten foot strip such that the encroachment will
no longer exist. We understand that Central Avenue is blocked’
off a short distance down the street from the property in
question and accordingly, traffic is of virtually no sign-
ificance and generally, this small section of Central Avenue
