Royal Canadian Sea Cadet, Corps "GRILSE" f'} 1225 Ellis Drive, Port Coquitlam, B.C. , 15 April, 1974 The Corporation of the City cf Port Coquitlam Gentelmen: This Unit of the Royal Ganadian Sea Cadets will be holding its annual inspection on Wednesday the 8'th of May, 1974. We would like to request the follow- ing assistance from the City. 1. That his Worship or a member of council attend as the City representative. 26 That Chester St. be blocked off be- tween Fraser St. and Coquitlam Ave between 6 PM and 9 PM off Wed 8'th of May and between 630 KM and 9 PM on Wed. 24'th of April and Wed l'st of May. The barricades could be dropped off behind the Agricultural Hall and we would erect and remove same ourselves. 3. That thd portable bleachers be moved from the baseball diamond to face Chester St. between the edge of the read and the Swimming Pool for Wed. the 8'th of May. 4. That the city supply us with four gallons of dark grey porch and floor enamel, two gallons of thinners and the use only (they would be cleaned and returned) of a pair of brushes and two rollers with trays.
