Loaded to the rooftop in their little car, with barely an air bubble left to spare, they headed off down Highway 16. Since then they have been home every Christmas and every summer holiday. What more could a parent ask for! We've waited for them at the Terrace airport with anticipation and joy, through snowstorms and windstorms. We've seen them off on their return flights with sadness. We've traveled cara- ver puppies. Our house was never more lively as they bounced and tumbled from wall to wall, put countless shoes to the taste test, and grew before our very eyes. With their affable dis- position (a description be- fitting the puppies and our sons, their masters) it was a summer to remember. At the end of the sum- mer, as I kissed the boys and the pups good-bye, for one brief, soul-wrenching moment, 1 wondered whom I] would miss the most!
