A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council
Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, April 11, 1994,

at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, R.H. Talbot,
and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Engineer IR. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning C.R. Felip, Deputy Director of Parks
and Recreation £.J. Wheeler, Fire Chief J.L. Baillie, and Deputy Fire Chief C.W. Routley.
