With reference to recent communications, regarding ite agreement for the above captioned project, I attach
herewith schedules 1 and 2 to the proposed agreentcz:t. a draft of which you already have. I regret the
apparent oversight at this office in not attaching Scinedule 2 but perhaps you could kindly attach it to the
proposed agreement. Also, could you please substitute Schedule 1 ( a drawing of the area in question)
and discard the other drawing which was attached to the document.
