Access -The Lessee -and -its-agents.and contractors shall..be allowed access to the Lands from McLean Avenue at any time, day oer night during the term of the lease.” 8. Maintenance The Lessee shall maintain the sewage pump station facility in good operating order and will maintain the improvements and the Lands to be clean and presentable appearance.
