Landscaping shall be provided adjacent to all building walls
faciog a street or park. Such landscaping borders shall be at
lease 1 m (3.3 ft.) in width.

landacaped islands shall be provided in all parking areas facing
a street and/or intended to be utilized by cuatemera or
visitors. The total area of these landscaped islands shall be
not less than 5% of the parking area where they are located, and
shall net include any landscaped area required under Sections
11(b) or lle).

(13) NOTES

The operation of all usea shall comply with any environmental and
public health performance standarda of the Provincial and Federal
Government.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port: Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2636".
