Kirk DATE: March 4, City Administrator File No. 60/90 Carlos Felip Director of Planning Rezoning Application 2478 and 2492 Coast Meridian Road Planning and Development Committee -— March 6, 1991 That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS~2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject tos: Submission of a Subdivision Plan in compliance with the draft Riverwood Area Control Plan, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Completion of a Subdivision Plan to the satisfaction of the Approving Officer; Solution of the concerns expressed by the Building Department; and Provision of services to Municipal standards; and The applicant being advised that final adoption of this rezoning bylaw is dependent upon: te a. Final approval of the Riverwood Area Control Pian, and b. Completion of the "Northeast Sector Comprehensive Development Study". The proposed rezoning will accommodate a subdivision in the southwest corner of the Riverwood Area. The rezoning is being coordinated for completion after Council grants final approvai to the Riverwood Area Control Plan and approves the Northeast Sector Comprehensive Development Plan. The proposal is for the subdivision of approximately 1.92 hectares into 30 single family lots. One additional lot would be kept as a holding lot to be subdivided in the future when the lands to the east are subdivided. The proposed layout is identical to the one recommended for the Riverwood Area Control Plan. |
