Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lots 3 and 4 Bleck 12 Section 17 Bleck 6 North Range One East Plan 2416 . New Westminster District are hereby rezoned from A-1l (Agricultural) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is ‘hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That portion of Parcel 24 Section 17 Block 6 North Range One East Reference Plan 65282 Lying east of the highway shown on Right~of-Way Plan 62344 is hereby rezoned from M~2 (Heavy Industrial) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
