THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2462

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Lots 3 and 4

Bleck 12

Section 17

Bleck 6 North Range One East
Plan 2416 .

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from A-1l (Agricultural) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
‘hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

That portion of Parcel 24

Section 17

Block 6 North Range One East

Reference Plan 65282

Lying east of the highway shown on Right~of-Way Plan 62344

is hereby rezoned from M~2 (Heavy Industrial) to CS-1 (Highway Commercial)

and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2462".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 6th day of November, 1989.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 6th day of November, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 4th day of December, 1989.
