1. Document your current usuage of computer systems

The first step of the study will be a review of your current
applications and procedures. We will:

Meet with the Treasurer to gain an overview of the current
systems.

Develop a questionnaire to be issued to the terminal operators
on the Basic Four system. This will allow us to have an
understanding of specific functions performed by each operator
and on each terminal. It would also identify the time spent on
each function and the bottle necks in the system operation.

Compare your current applications usage with the expected use
of your Basic Four System as documented in’ the 19382 study

reports and working Paper. We will note any significant...

changes.

Interview two or three key operators to confirm and/or clarify
the questionnaire findings and to observe first hand the
computer operating procedures. +

Document findings of the above Process in an easily readable
form.

2. Identify your enhancement and new application requirements.

With an understanding of your current Systems, we are now ina good
Position to review your desired enhancements and new applications. We will:
