“regular meeting of Monday, December 12th, 1983 the following
‘resolution was’ passed: : — :
a - "That The Corporation of the City of Port Coquititam
express their concern to Mr. Don Hehn, Regional Director,
-Provincial Ministry of Environment regarding permission having
been. granted to certain persons +o dispose of silt in the
Coquitlam River and inquire whether this is a usual procedure."
