THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PorT C JURTIAM BY-LAW NO. 1770 JUL 2. 1880. A By-law to amend the. "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1117", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1 Section 101 of the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1117" is repealed. 2. Section 102 of the By-law {s repealed and the following substituted: "102, "Boulevard' means the area between the curb lines, the lateral lines or the shoulder of a roadway and the adjacent property: line." The following ids inserted after Section 108: "108A. "Cycle’ means a device having any number of wheels that is propelled by human power and on which a person, may ride." Section 114 4s repealed and the following substituted: . "114. "Motor Vehicle Act' means the Motor Vehicle Act being Chapter 288 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, and includes the regulations made by ‘the Licutenant~governor, in Council pursuant thereto." Section 115 is repealed and the following substituted: "115. 'Motor Vehicle’ means a vehicle not run on rails, that 4s designed to be self propelled or propelied by electric power obtained from overhead trolley wires." 6. Division Six of the By-law is amended by striking out the words “Department of Commercial Transport Act" wherever they appear therein and substituting “Commercial Transport Act". : - 7. Sub-clause vi of clause (c) of Section 604 is repealed and the following substituted: “vi. On that portion of Shaughneasy Street lying between Elgin Avenue and Prairie Avenue". Clause (c) of Section 604 is amended by adding the following: "vid. On that portion of Prairie Avenue lying between Shaughnessy Street and Coast Meridian Road. viil.
