Subdivision Plan - Strata Titles Act

The approval of the Council having first been obtained and expressed
by resolution the land herein, together with the buildings and structures

thereon, say be subdivided into strata lots subject to the provisions of

the "Strata Titles Act".

Except as hereinbefore provided the land herein shall not be subdivided

in any manner whatsoever.
