The debenture shall be endorsed Voltuwis

"This debenture, or any interest therein, shall not,

after a certificate of ownership has been endorsed

hereon by tHe Treasurer of this municipality bo
_ transferable, except by the entry by the Treasurer

or his deputy in the debenture repistry book of the
municipality at Port Coquitlam, British Columb{a."

During the currency of the dehenture issued hereunder to secure
borrowings in respect of By-law No. 1251, cited as the "Recreational ;
Facilities Construction and Loan Authorization By~law, 1973, No. 125)"
there shall be levied and raised annually by a rate sufficient therefor
over and above all other rates upon all land and improvements subject to
taxation for general municipal Purposes in the municipality in the same
manner and at the same time as other rates an amount sufficient to meet
the annual payment of interest and the repayment of: principal.

6. This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the "Recreational
Facilities Security Issuing By-law, 1976, No. 1454",
