MEMO TO: Mayor and Aldermen May 19th, 1977 : R FROM: R.A. Freeman, City Clerk | MAY 30 1977 Re: Nu-West, Development - Property Consolidation The City's Approving Officer, Mr. V.G. Borch, P, Eng., advises that pernentd Nu-West Development Ltd. submitted an acceptable subdivision plan to consolidate property holdings in the area to make administration of the proposed Land Use aR dae a Contract and future subdivision more convenient. Specifically, the subdivision fulfills two purposes: 1. The City property including closed road allowances located to the West of Nu-West Development property is consolidated into one parcel 485. The Nu-West Development property is also consolidated into one parcel 486. 2. Cedar Drive for the most part between Prairie and Lincoln consists of several parcels owned by the City. This subdivision cleans this situation up by dedicating all City owned parcels to public road allowance. The Council's approval to this subdivision plan is required and may be given by passage of the following resolution: "That the subdivision plan of Portions of Section 6, Township 40, New eens Westminster District, prepared by G.H. Murray, B.C.L.S. and dated April 28th, 1977, and wherein Lots 485 and 486 are created and certain portions of City-owned property are dedicated as road be approved; gael Sele! AND THAT His'Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the tee nt mo Eaton tate ne Epa eS said subdivision plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto."
