That Council approve an extension of Rezoning Application 34/93 and
Development Permit 12/93 for a period of one year, commencing August 95 1994,
subject to payment of a non-refundable processing fee of $2,450.00 as per the
“provisions of the "Development Procedures , Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243".

BACKGROUND:

‘The subject Rezoning and Development: Permit application is for the
construction of a 28-unit apartment building in the Downtown: Apartment Area.
City) Council gave Third Reading to Amendment Bylaw No. 2805 on August 9, 1993.

The applicant. has submitted the attached letter requesting an extension of
the application until August 9, 1994 in order to complete the requirements for.
