RECOMMENDATION: That City Council} direct the Clerkts office

except by plan 9069 to the Agricultural Land
Commission,

COMMENTS:

1. The Property is located in an area designated for
residentia{ growth In the draft Community Plan, The
designation has been applied so that development wil] bring
flood protection to that area and downtown.

With regards to potential use for sol| bound agriculture,

Street alignment, The property In question has been filled
along Pitt River Road and the remaining its Swamp due to

Storm water run off from Mary HITT.

In view of the considerations mentioned above, It Its this
report's recommendation that this application be forwarded
