A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was heid prior to the Council
Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday,
March 14, 1994, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart,
R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City
Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, Planner J. Lee, and Director of Parks and Recreation K.J. Taylor.

Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered:
Bylaw No, 2874

The designation "Apartment" shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, —
1993, No. 2848" applying to:

Lot, 14 and 15
District Lot 466

Plan 13361.
New. Westminster District

is removed and the designation "Neighbourhcod Commercial" is applied.
