rahe pe , ct ps ERS WL Mea : ay &: i : ie beh ge (ess atapll ts greater than usual snowy conditions, three ifferent vehicles had to be pulled from this i tch. i d d 4) It is our understanding that a small section of ditch at the western corner of 1930 Dorset Avenue was recently filled, and that a pipe was not first installed. We are also informed that the existing system of pipes does not continue past, or is blocked off at, the corner of Dorset Avenue and Oxtord Street. lf this is correct then. the purpose and/or necessity of these ditches is clearly brought into question. we feel that the hazard to pedestrians and vehicular traffic 15S, with the replacement of Viscount Alexander Rlementary School and the new design of the road, increased to the point where the risk of a tragic accident becomes all too great. We urge the City of Port Coquitlam to ciose the ditch, widen the narrowed section of the road to 25', and extend the sidewalk and curb through to Oxford Street. We also petition to have a curb installed on the north side of Dorset Avenue to prevent tre cracking and erosion of that side of the road, and subsequent costly repairs. We look forward to your reponse in this matter. Ped 4 Address: £4225 Leese’ AZ guy Qpan ck
