COUNCIL DEC 21 1992 JAN 25 1993 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: W. 82.5’ of Parcel "D" having a frontage of 82.5 ft. on Harbour Street by a uniform depth throughout and adjoining Lot "E" District Lot 232 Plan 5854 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Pert Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2751". ~ Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of December, 1992.
