That Council approve the road rehabilitation of Wilson Avenue, from 2455 Wilson to
Reeve and Atkins Avenue, from Shaughnessy to 170 metres west at an estimated cost of

Public Works Committee has re-evaluated the road resurfacing of Wilson Avenue from
Bury to Reeve. Because of the pending development at Bury and Wilson it was
determined that the road section west of the proposed development from 2455 Wilson to
Reeve should be resurfaced (see attached sketch).

Estimated costs for the resurfacing of Atkins and Wilson have been revised as follows:

Atkins from Shaughnessy to 170 m West of Shaughnessy: $19,000
Wilson from 2455 Wilson to Reeve: $26,000
Total: $45,000

Funds for this work would be allocated from the Public Works Maintenance Budget for
road re-surfacing. The worked would be performed under the Mill and Overlay of Road
Surfaces contract awarded to Jack Cewe Ltd.

L verify that thers is sufficient funds

in the road resurfacing budget for this purpose.
