THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQULTLAM

BYLAW NO. 2663

A Bylaw to authorize The Corporation of the City of Porr Coquitlan
to lease certain property to the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam.

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
are hereby empowered to sign and enter into, on behalf of the City, that
certain agreement between The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan
and the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam wherein a portion of Lot 91,
District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 52852, New Westminster District ag shown
outlined on the plan in Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the
said agreement from the Twenty~eighth day of April, 1992 until the
Twenty~eighth day of April, 1997 upon the terms and conditions set forth
in the sald agreement next hereto and marked Appendix "1" to this Bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposea ag “Kinamen Community Building
(Agricultural Park) Lease Bylaw, 1992, No. 2663".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of April, 1992.

Read a second time by the Muuiciza. Council thia 27th day of April, 1992.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of April, 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this day of ’
1992.
